I don't think of work as work and play as play. It's all living.

Richard Branson

Hi! Is this you?

  • You have a wide range of interests, skills, and passions — and you’re done trying to fit yourself into just one box.

  • You crave a life where work, creativity, and personal growth flow together, instead of battling for your time and energy.

  • You've always felt like a "multipotentialite," a generalist, or simply someone who can’t — and won’t — be defined by a single career path.

  • The traditional 9–5 grind feels too small for the life you know you’re meant to live.

  • You’re ready to explore the full spectrum of who you are — and design a way of living and working that actually feelslike you.

  • Deep down, you know that your uniqueness isn’t a problem to solve — it’s the key to the vibrant, integrated life you’re seeking.

… then this masterclass is for YOU.

The Whole Self Advantage: Leveraging Inner Diversity in a Changing Workplace.

  • Understand crucial shifts in the future of work - Recognise that traditional career paths are evolving, creating natural opportunities for those with diverse interests and abilities to thrive by leveraging their varied skills and adaptability in an increasingly complex and changing workplace landscape.

  • Challenge the "Labour of Love Ideology" - Question the cultural narrative that work should be your primary source of meaning and identity.

  • Recognise your inner diversity - You are more than your job title or professional identity. Each person contains multiple "voices" or aspects that represent different needs, talents, and perspectives.

What makes this masterclass different?

I’m a learning design alchemist, specialised in experiential learning. My sessions aren’t about teaching—they’re highly interactive and about practical application.

By the end of this masterclass, you’ll walk away with tangible results and two awesome tools for your toolkit. Together, we’ll use our valuable time to spark real change.

What you will take away:

  • Understand the concept of inner diversity and how acknowledging all parts of yourself (beyond your professional identity) leads to greater fulfillment and better decision-making.

  • Learn practical techniques to identify your needs, and talents that often go unrecognised in work-focused environments.

  • Develop strategies to overcome inner saboteurs, leveraging your varied skills as strengths rather than liabilities.

  • Gain tools to break free from the "Labour of Love Ideology" and reconnect with abandoned interests and talents, expanding your sense of self beyond professional achievements.

Too many people spend their lives being dutiful descendants instead of good ancestors. The responsibility of each generation is not to please our predecessors—it's to improve conditions for our successors.
